Spinnaker Systems

If you are looking for support or upgrades to various MSDOS programs, such as Calendar Creator, that were sold in the 1980's or early 1990's by a company named Spinnaker, you are in the wrong place. Sorry! (But see below for possible current sources for these).

What's here?

• Mailing Lists. A number of email lists and list archives are hosted here.

• Cryptography and PGP archives. A collection of cryptography tools and programs, papers, various versions of PGP, and Tim May's Cyphernomicon, an extensive cryptography and privacy overview. These are not yet in hypertext format.

• Subversive Liberty, the web site of Pierre Lemieux,
  Pierre Lemieux is an economist and author. He has been a contributing editor of Liberty magazine, and is currently a columnist at the Western Standard, and a frequent contributor to the National Post and other newspapers. He is a visiting professor at University of Quebec and a Research Fellow at the Independent Institute.

• Liberty file archive. A collection of files from the Vancouver Island Libertarian Association, dealing with individual liberty, free markets, and assorted related topics. This is a copy of an older archive consisting of a large number of text files, dating from 1994 and earlier. Many of these files my be out of date, or superseded by more recent versions; this particular archive is not kept up to date in any way. These are not in hypertext format.

• Vancouver Island Libertarian Association (these files are included for historical and reference purposes only)

• Looking for updates to Calendar Creator, which was a product of a company called Spinnaker Software? This company became The Learning Company, which in turn is now part of Broderbund; they currently sell Calendar Creator.
  PFS First Publisher was also made by The Learning Company. Broderbund might provide support for old versions, though their current publisher product goes by a different name.
• Spinnaker Communications Inc., (spinnaker.ca), located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
