	Compiling:

	 Unpack file ideadllsrc.zip and build it with MSVC 6 
	 (should be possible to use previous MSVC versions staring from 2 or
	Borland compiler) 

	 Using IDEA DLL 

	 Copy file idea.dll to directory c:\lib\gnupg 
	 Add following line to GPG options file: 
	  load-extension idea 
	 or add following option to GPG command line: 
	  --load-extension idea

winpt-install-1.0rc2.exe	WinPT complete package.
    Contains everthing required to run WinPT, including
    Windows GnuPG binaries.  Also contains WinPT Explore Extensions,
