ISIL-NET LAUNCHED
Well, good grief, after innumerable delays and false starts we are
FINALLY making our first faltering steps with ISIL-NET.  We still have
enormous numbers of research files to load and are still struggling with
the software.  We will no doubt be able to streamline things as we go
along.  In any case we are up and running.  Please bear with us.  Your
comments and advice will be welcomed.
