Ken and I haven't forgotten about Oceania, Eric.  My campaign ended 
last month, and Ken's municipal campaign just ended on the weekend.
Neither of us was elected (big surprise ;-).  We would both like to 
come down to LV for a look-see, but we'd have to be sure that all 
expenses incurred would be covered by our "salary".

Have you considered opening a Canadian branch of the Atlantis Project?

What sorts of work are you looking to fill?  If it is just writing, we 
believe it is possible to do that type of work right from Victoria, and 
transmit it through Internet.  Something to consider.

Ken said he'd be sending his resume down to you in the next couple of
days.  He has a great deal of computer programming experience, and is 
an excellent writer.
